According to the latest news from the National Bureau of Statistics, in the first quarter of 2021, the utilization rate of national industrial capacity was 77.2 percent, up 9.9 percentage points from the same period last year.

In the first quarter, the textile industry was 78.3, the chemical raw materials and chemicals manufacturing industry was 76.9, the general equipment manufacturing industry was 80.0, the special equipment manufacturing industry was 82.5, the electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing industry was 81.1, and the computer, communications and other electronic equipment manufacturing industry was 79.3.

In the first quarter, manufacturing capacity utilization was 77.6 percent, up 10.4 percent; electricity, heat, gas and water production and supply were 74.5 percent, up 6.7 percent
