According to the second quarter of this year, the national utilization rate of industrial production capacity was 78.4%, up 4.0 percentage points last year, according to the National Bureau of Statistics. According to the main industries, the textile industry was 80.9% in the second quarter, and the chemical raw materials and chemical products manufacturing industry was 80.0%. In the second quarter, the capacity utilization rate in the manufacturing industry was 78.8%, up 4.0% year on year; the capacity utilization rate in the power, thermal, gas and water production and supply industries was 74.7%, up 4.1% year on year.
